How to apply for and win funding from the Connecticut Bioscience Innovation Fund (CBIF)

The Office of the Vice President for Research, Technology Commercialization Services invites you to come learn about the Connecticut Bioscience Innovation Fund (CBIF). This $200 million, 10-year fund provides up to $500,000 to speed commercialization of bioscience breakthroughs. Funding options include grants, equity investments, and loans.
Connecticut-based nonprofit corporations, accredited colleges and universities, and for-profit startup or early-stage businesses working in bioscience, biomedical engineering, health information management, medical care, medical devices, medical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, personalized medicine or other related disciplines can apply for funding.
This is a unique opportunity to learn about the CBIF and Regenerative Medicine Research Fund, and to have your questions answered by Margaret Cartiera, Phd, CT Innovations, Director, Bioscience Initiatives.
