The UConn Libraries will celebrate the launch of the Quiet Corner Interdisciplinary Journal, the University’s first borne digital journal housed in the University’s institutional repository, Digital Commons @ UConn, on Thursday, April 16, from 4 – 6 p.m. A reception will take place in the Scholars’ Collaborative on the 4th floor of Homer Babbidge Library. Refreshments will be served.
Graduate students in the humanities, arts, and social sciences, who created the journal, will be on hand to answer questions about it.
Members of the campus community are invited to come and learn about this new initiative, open access publishing, and other digital humanities/scholarship projects.
