  • Support for Office 365 migration

    UITS will begin migrating faculty and staff mailboxes on the central email service starting at 5:00 pm on Friday, April 10th and finishing by 7:30 am on Monday, April 13th.  We will provide additional support services over that weekend and the Monday after migration. 

    April 8 – 10: Office 365 Cheat Sheet: You will receive a “cheat sheet” in your university mailbox with the basic information you will need after migration. You can also access it from the website at: http://s.uconn.edu/365cheatsheet

    April 11 – 12: UITS Help Center: UITS will provide expanded hours of operation to make phone assistance available to individuals who have migrated (Phone: 860.486.4357)

    • Saturday, April 11th: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
    • Sunday, April 12th: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm

    April 13: On-site Support Stations: On Monday, April 13th, UITS will staff seven support stations on the Storrs campus as well as the UITS Help Center (locations and hours below). These stations will specialize in reconfiguring mobile devices and will be open to all faculty and staff. For more complex issues, a ticket may be created and addressed by UITS User Services as soon as practical.

    • Rowe CUE, Rm 132: 8am – 5pm
    • Wilbur Cross Lobby: 8am – 5pm
    • Pharmacy Building, Rm 355: 8am – 5pm

    • Brown Building, Rm 103: 8am – 10am (Depot)
    • Math-Science Building, Rm 037: 8am – 5pm (Help Center)
