The Office of the Vice President for Research is pleased to provide you with the "Quarterly Summary of Sponsored Program Services Activity” for the second quarter of FY15. (link to report) This includes reports for Proposals, Awards and Expenditures for both research and non-research sponsored projects. Each section includes two versions: one by the PI’s Academic Home Department and the other by the Managing Department or Center/Institute. This information is provided to you by the OVPR on a quarterly basis throughout the Fiscal Year. This report now includes data from UConn Health.
In particular, I would like to draw your attention to some encouraging increases in research activity between FY13-FY14. Overall proposal submissions increased by 11% in FY14, and total award amounts were up by over $10.5M, which represents an 11% increase.
