Women make up about 32% of the homeless population in the United States, but many of these women have little or no access to feminine hygiene products each month.
To address this pressing need, UConn NOW will be collecting sanitary napkins, tampons, and diva cups to be donated to Connecticut homeless shelters.
Consider purchasing products over spring break to donate and make a difference in the lives of homeless women!
The drive will be held from March 11th-April 8th. Collection boxes are located in the Women's Center and WGSS (4th Floor Beach Hall).
