Congratulations to Dr. Jinbo Bi, Associate Professor, School of Engineering, Department of Computer Science & Engineering for her over $1.1 million award from the National Institute on Drug Abuse. Her proposal, Quantitative Methods to Subtype Drug Dependence and Detect Novel Genetic Variants, is a perfect example of the exceptional cross disciplinary research underway at the University. Dr. Bi has a joint appointment at UConn Health in the Department of Community Medicine and Health Care, School of Medicine. Well done Dr. Bi!
