The Office of the State Comptroller has issued 2014 W-2 forms to State agencies. These W-2 forms will be available for distribution to UConn departments on Thursday, 01/15/15 and Friday, 01/16/15. Departmental coordinators will receive additional information regarding W-2 distribution (mailing deadlines, replacement procedures, etc.) when they claim their section’s W-2 forms.
Departments are encouraged to distribute W-2 forms to employees as soon as possible; however, by law, W-2 forms can be distributed/mailed as late as Friday, 01/31/15. Please contact your departmental coordinator to learn how 2014 W-2 forms will be distributed within your department.
