Backups to the z/OS mainframe system will now occur on Sunday between 8:30 – 11:50 a.m. beginning November 23, 2014. As a result, mainframe systems, such as Genesys, Financial Records System, Budget Data Mart, FOCUS reporting, and historical Student Records Systems will be unavailable until approximately noon on Sunday. UITS has made this permanent change to the schedule to ensure that the backups run when the data center is staffed and available to troubleshoot any problems that may arise.
