Accounts Payable is aware of this change and will continue to assist UConn departments and the Nathan Hale Inn with the timely payments for valid UConn business expenses provided by the vendor in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures.

Nathan Hale Inn & Conference Center has a new form to complete any UConn reservation. Going forward, it is required that all information is supplied on this form and e-mailed back to the front desk here at the Nathan Hale Inn and Conference Center at frontdesk@nathanhaleinn.com . The information on this form should be filled out by the UConn employee that is authorizing the stay here at the hotel. Once the completed form has been received, the reception here at the hotel will complete the reservation as requested and e-mail back the form with the confirmation number supplied. It is advised to keep this form for your records once it has been sent back. Should you have any further questions, please contact the front desk at the hotel @ (860)427-7888.
