  • Electronic Plan of Study Coming Soon

    Dear faculty and staff:

I would like to inform you of an exciting new Student Administration feature that will be piloted by the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the School of Engineering, and the NEAG School of Education; the electronic plan of study.  As you may know, all seniors are required to submit a plan of study as part of the graduation process.  Traditionally, this has been a paper form that is filled out by the student and then signed by the student’s advisor.

The electronic plan of study will enable students to log in, navigate to the appropriate page, make any necessary notes, and click a button to submit their plan.  The information on the plan comes directly from the “My Academics” report in the student center.

After students submit the electronic plan of study, advisors will receive an email that indicates that a plan of study is awaiting review.  Advisors will be able to review the students’ comments, add advisor comments, and approve or deny the plan with the click of a button.  More information can be found at:  http://www.peoplesofthelp.uconn.edu/advisor/av17cs90.html

You will receive additional details from your School or College as the implementation proceeds.

We would like to thank the students, faculty and staff in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the School of Engineering, and the NEAG School of education for participating in this pilot!

    Sincerely,
    Lauren DiGrazia
