  • 9/15 Internship in DC Info Session

The Washington, D.C. Congressional Honors Internship Program is designed to give UConn students of all majors the opportunity to work as interns with their Connecticut congressional representatives in both the Senate and the House of Representatives. The program includes a spring semester 35-hour per week internship with a State of Connecticut Congress member; twelve ungraded credits for your internship and academic work; various supplemental programming featuring guest speakers who are “D.C. insiders,” American politics scholars, and UConn alumni; and a community service project.

Come hear past participants discuss their experiences as well as remarks from the program directors! Snacks will be provided. A sneak peek: http://honors.uconn.edu/dc-internship-program-teaches-politics-life/. Attending this event counts toward Sophomore Honors.
