The first of a four-part series, a panel of experts discuss their work around the globe with displaced children and families due to natural and man-made disasters in Uganda, Japan, Haiti, China and several Middle Eastern Countries.
Alaina Brenick specializes in intergroup stereotypes and attitudes of children in high conflict areas.
Joshua Miller is an expert in anti-racism and psychosocial capacity building in response to disasters.
Kathryn Libal has studied women’s and children’s rights in Turkey and the advocacy of international non-governmental organizations on behalf on Iraqi refugees.
