    REGISTER TODAY!!! Dining Services is pleased to offer a Gluten Free Workshop for adults on Wednesday, July 23rd from 6:00pm - 9:00pm at Gelfenbien Dining facility. Taught by award winning UConn chefs, this informative, hands-on workshop will offer strategies and tips to make your gluten free life in the kitchen and at the dinner table more enjoyable. Cooking for a gluten free lifestyle can be easier than you think. Published author "Gluten Free Chef Rob Landolphi" will be teaching the workshop.
