  • Mainframe Account Expiration Change

    In conjunction with the Mainframe Decommissioning Project, UITS will modify the mainframe user account (CMS ID) expiration and renewal process.
     
    UITS will begin e-mailing account owners a listing of all mainframe accounts registered to the department or individual. All accounts will be expired on August 10, 2014, unless the account is used to access Genesys, Student Payroll or FRS, or by exception.
      
    All data in expired accounts will not be available after August 10th. Data should be moved to another storage location. UITS has provided documentation to assist with this transfer at VM File Transfer Process.
