The IRB office is transitioning to using the InfoEd eRA portal as a complete online protocol application submission process. This includes new electronic application forms and submission procedures that will be implemented over the next several months. Please join Research Compliance Services and Office of the Vice President for Research staff on Monday, June 16 from 1:30-3:00 PM in the Homer Babbidge Library Electronic Classroom 1 (EC-1) to learn about enhancements and changes to the way research investigators will be able to submit IRB applications. The hands-on, computer-based training session will cover the new InfoEd portal, finding an existing IRB protocol within the InfoEd system and preparing and submitting an initial application.
Space is limited to 20 participants for each session. Please register for the training session at prodev.uconn.edu (NetID login required).
This training will be repeated in additional sessions scheduled for Thursday, July 10, Monday, July 28 and many other dates and times throughout the remainder of the summer and early fall.
