  • Executive Vice President Administration/CFO Search

    To the University Community:

    We are pleased to announce a national search for an Executive Vice President for Administration and Chief Financial Officer.

    The Executive Vice President for Administration and Chief Financial Officer (EVPA/CFO) reports directly to the President and is responsible for the long-range resource management process and operational financial planning for the University in support of the University’s Academic Vision, including the Next Generation Connecticut program. The EVPA/CFO provides leadership and oversight for many crucial and complex areas of the University including: finance & budget; public safety; human resources; logistics; labor relations; facilities operations; planning, architectural & engineering services; and infrastructure planning. In addition, the EVPA/CFO works closely with the Board of Trustees, the Governor’s Office, the Legislature, and several state labor organizations.

    An advisory search committee has been appointed. Vice Provost Amy Donahue will serve as Chair of the committee. The search committee members are:

    A position description for the EVPA/CFO will be posted on the Human Resources Executive Search page in the near future. The search will continue through the summer months with the expectation that finalists will visit UConn in the early fall.

    Initial screening of applicants will begin immediately, and continue until the position is filled.
