Class schedule highlights:
New Class on Mon's, 12:00 - 12:50 PM: Sole Synthesis. Julie Lynch teaches this great combo class, includes strength, cardio & flexibility in one workout!
New Yoga classes: Yin Yoga, a restorative-style. Classes meet on Wed's from 5:10 - 6:10 PM & Fri's from 12:00 - 12:50 PM, both in the Mat Room. A great stress reliever!!
New day for Early-bird Spin: Tue's, 6:45 - 7:45 AM.
