Please be advised that Connecticut Water Company in conjunction with UConn Utilities, will be conducting a flushing program at the Depot Campus between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM from Monday, 5/5/13 to Friday, 5/9/13. This distribution system flushing is a routine program, performed to maintain water quality and as required by the State of Connecticut Public Health Code.
If you notice a temporary reduction in water pressure and/or discolored water, do not be alarmed. Avoid using washing machines, dishwashers and other water using devices during flushing operations. To help clear discolored water, briefly run the cold water tap. If discolored water or low pressure persists after several hours, contact Connecticut Water Company at 1-800-286-5700
