Just a friendly reminder that students registered with the Center for Students with Disabilities who are approved for exam accommodations may soon be reaching out to schedule their final exams. Please make sure that Sections 1-5 of the Exam Administration Form are completed and accurate before the students submit them to the CSD. Forms must be received at least 3 business days before the scheduled exam.
Options for exam delivery to the CSD include:
- E-mail to csdexams@uconn.edu
- Fax to (860) 486-4412
- Student may deliver to the CSD in a sealed envelope
- Instructor/TA/Department Designee may drop off to the CSD
Options for exam return include:
- CSD e-mails to instructor/TA/Department Designee
- CSD fax to instructor
- Student may return in a sealed security envelope
- Instructor/TA/Department Designee may pick up exam at the CSD
