2013 DCAP (Dependent Care Assistance Program) Expenses
Claims deadline is March 31, 2014
If you have an outstanding balance in your 2013 DCAP (Dependent Care Assistance Program) account for daycare expenses, you must file your claim requests by 3/31/14.
All reimbursement claim requests for daycare expenses incurred in Plan Year 2013 must be forwarded to PBS for processing by March 31, 2014.
Please note that any unclaimed amounts after March 31, 2014 date will be forfeited.
