The CICATS Innovation Studio – Call for Nominations
The Connecticut Institute for Clinical and Translational Science (CICATS) announces a call for nomination for co-Directors of its new Innovation Studio. The Innovation Studio aims to provide guidance and consultation to CICATS’ investigators in helping with their translational research and technology translation. As a co-Director of the CICATS Innovation Studio, he /she will be responsible for activities including but not limited to:
- Forming and leading a standing team to operate the Innovation Studio;
- Positioning the Innovation Studio as a critical and beneficial resource to the community;
- Understanding customers’ needs and developing innovative programs to accommodate those needs;
- Working closely with CICATS’ faculty, staff, and Core Interest Groups to respond to service requests;
- Devoting effort to build a strong regional and national image for CICATS as an integrated home for researchers.
Nominations must be received by Friday, March 14, 2014, no later than 5:00 PM. A selection for co-Directors of the CICATS’ Innovation Studio will be made by April 1, 2014.
