The deadline to apply to UConn Politics of Energy and Sustainable Development in Turkey has been extended to 3/10/14!
This program will introduce students to the economic, political and social aspects of developing sustainable energy in an emerging market like Turkey. In addition to the 3-credit course, the students will get exposure to many Turkish scholars and energy industry experts on various issues. In addition to learning and observing the energy consumption patterns in a metropolitan city, like Istanbul, the students will also participate in various energy-related activities organized by environmental organizations such as the Greenpeace.
