The Good Earth station at Union Street Market is celebrating Fat Tuesday by offering Shrimp & Sausage Gumbo on Tuesday, March 4th. Fireside will be offering a Muffaletta Sandwich, a savory combination of deli meats with provolone cheese and an olive tapenade piled high on freshly made focaccia bread.
On Wednesday, March 5th, the first day of Lent, Fireside will offer a catfish po'boy and a Philly steak bar with your choice of sauteed shaved chicken or steak, mushrooms, peppers or onions and a spicy cheese sauce.
