You are invited to attend four live system demos of potential HR/Payroll Enterprise Solutions. The presentations will be given by vendors who were selected as finalists by UConn’s Evaluation Committee in response to a Request for Proposal (RFP) published at www.purchasing.uconn.edu, and via the State of Connecticut’s DAS website. The demos will provide members of the University community with an opportunity to review and compare different potential HR/Payroll Enterprise Solutions and their respective functional capabilities. The vendor demos are scheduled to take place on Wednesday, February 5th through Monday, February 10th from 1:30pm to 3:30pm, with one vendor presenting each afternoon. It is recommended that all appropriate departmental personnel attend the sessions.
In the event that the space is limited, and in an effort to give everyone an equal opportunity to participate, we ask you to RSVP no later than the close of business on January 30th, 2014 to Joyce Meehan via email at joyce.meehan@uconn.edu . Confirmations will be issued to the first forty (40) people that RSVP.
A confirmation of your reserved spot, including details on the location of the demos, will be forthcoming by January 31st, 2014.
