  • 1/29 Emotional Intelligence Skills for Success

TARGET joins together with the School of Business Career Center to present guest speaker, Jen Shirkani.

    EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

Someone with high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) demonstrates a sensibility – he or she builds stronger relationships with others, adjusts to unexpected change well, is more resilient to difficulty, solves problems more easily, and remains optimistic even in the face of adversity.

Studies show a direct correlation between high Emotional Intelligence and higher earnings.

This 60 minute presentation provides details on the skill set that can be learned and developed to best set up success for yourself and your future employers.

Learn how to use the power of EQ to be a better employee and future leader.
