  • Train-the-Trainer Program Opportunity

    The Department of Human Resources Organization & Staff Development Unit is pleased to support and announce that applications are available for the Connecticut Training & Development Network (CTDN) Train-the-Trainer Certification Program.  This extensive professional development program equips individuals with the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to function more effectively in their training roles, while adding value to the University. As sponsors, CTDN, in partnership with the Department of Administrative Services Learning Center, is able to provide the program to participating State employees for only a nominal materials fee.  

    Seats are limited; only one applicant per state agency is selected participate.  Applicants must agree to the following program requirements; obtaining supervisor support to participate in the full program, and attending all 16 days of training from March-October, 2014. Applications are due to Pam Heath-Johnston by January 29th who in turn will provide them to the CTDN Train-the-Trainer Program Coordinator Deana Giordano by January 31st.
