Thursday, January 16th, the Department of Dining Services will hold it's 14th Annual Culinary Competition in Rome Hall in South. Watch as our own creative chefs compete against each other in the recipe contest and the famous iron chef "Boiling Point' contest. Throughout the day, the Not Just Desserts Bakery staff will be demonstrating bread making skills, cake decorating and pulled sugar demos....tasting samples always available. The excitement begins at 9:00am and continues throughout the day until the award ceremony at approximately 4:00pm. You are welcome to stop by at any time, at no charge.
