The Health Enhancement Program (HEP) Compliance Deadline
has been extended to February 28, 2014.
Within the last few weeks, Care Management Solutions (CMS) sent you and your dependents a personalized letter either confirming your HEP compliance or identifying your outstanding preventive and chronic requirements if applicable.
Employees and any dependents enrolled in the Health Enhancement Program (HEP) must complete all required HEP preventive exams and screenings by February 28, 2014.
