The School of Nursing proudly announces that Doctoral Candidate Suzanne Franzoni-Kleeman will present the findings of her DNP Project on Friday, June 26th, at 1:00pm.
The title of the DNP Project is: " Use of an Interprofessional Care Transitions Program to Improve Medication Reconciliation: A Program Evaluation".
Her committee is composed of Drs. Paula McCauley (Major Advisor), Millicent Malcom (Associate Advisor), and Tera Falcetti (Mentor).
