The Health Enhancement Program (HEP) Compliance Deadline
has been extended to February 28, 2014.
Employees and any dependents enrolled in the Health Enhancement Program (HEP) must complete all required HEP preventive exams and screenings by February 28, 2014.
Within the next week, Care Management Solutions (CMS) will be mailing you and your dependents a personal letter confirming your HEP compliance or identifying your outstanding preventive and chronic requirements if applicable.
