- Giving feedback in an on line format, the how, the what, and the why
- Alternatives to exams, tests, and quizzes, how to reformat an exam, test, or quiz for use
- in an on line class
- Classroom participation, homework, extra credit, the “fudge factor,” how to use class
- participation and homework effectively on line
- Formative and summative assessment
- Fairness in assessment
- Timely feedback
