State Senator Don Williams and UConn’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program is hosting a “Senior Health & Wellness Fair” on Monday, Dec. 9 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Mansfield Community Center, 10 South Eagleville Rd in Storrs, CT.
UConn Physical Therapy students and faculty will provide free health assessments including: body composition and nutrition, cardio and aerobic capacity, balance, strength, flexibility, cognition and posture.
This free event also includes counseling regarding federal and state programs and benefits, voter registration and voter education information, coffee and refreshments provided by local retailers.
