Registration: You may share this link with others in your organization; they can create and account and register individually. Or, one person can register people in one transaction or multiple transactions. You will be asked to create an account and proceed through several screens. (Returning users can log into their existing account.)
You can register more than one person on a single order by clicking the Add Registrant link on the Payment/Verification screen. Gather all demographic details (title, dietary choice, and accessibility requests) in advance because the registration system will timeout in 30 minutes. When all are entered--select your payment option to complete the order.
If any students from your institution need to register, they should use this link since their rate is the same with or without a group discount.
Payment: The Registration and Records Department at the University of Oklahoma processes our registrations and payments. Our W-9 is attached in case it is useful. During the registration process, you will be offered the options of Pay Now (with a credit card) or Pay Later (which will generate an invoice per transaction/order).
If you would like individuals to register themselves but want a single invoice, tell registrants to select the PAY LATER option. Email us a list of names to combine on one invoice and we will process accordingly.
If PAY LATER is selected, do not log back into the registration system to pay because a duplicate registration will be created. Instead, call (405) 325-6808 to pay a balance due with a credit card or send a check to the address on the invoice.
