MEDFLEX is a benefit that provides a tax-free way to pay out-of-pocket medical care expenses (between $520 and $2,700) not covered by our State health and dental plans. This will allow you to save money on the cost of these products and services.
Progressive Benefit Solutions (PBS) is the State’s third party administrator for MEDFLEX. All participants must either enroll online or submit a completed enrollment form for the 2020 plan year to PBS today: MEDFLEX Enrollment Form
Those planning to retire during Plan Year 2020 will be permitted to enroll online but will also need to submit a paper enrollment form for the 2020 Plan Year.

The plan will not accept any late enrollments. Therefore, it is highly recommended that participants keep a copy of the completed election form and proof of submission.
