Dexter Voisin author of a new book, America the Beautiful and Violent - Black Youth & Neighborhood Trauma in Chicago (2019 Columbia University Press), will be giving a book talk on Tuesday, November 12, 5:30 - 7:30 pm at Spotlight Theatres, 39 Front Street, Hartford.
