  • Block & Bridle Annual Ham Sale

    It is that time of year where the Block and Bridle club hold their annual Holiday Ham Sale. 

    This year, hams will cost ​$3.75 per pound​ and will be cut to order (whole, halved, ham steaks) by club members. They are maple cured, smoked and ready to eat. They are  not water added and are very lean. 

    We will also be offering mild italian sausage for ​$4.00 per pound​. These are made from pork and have a skinless casing. 

    Order forms are available here or you can request one from Kaila Rowe. 

    A ​$20​ cash or check deposit is required for each order placed. Orders can also be emailed to Kaila Rowe and the deposit can be sent in the mail. Forms and deposits can be mailed to: Block and Bridle Club c/o Animal Science Department 3636 Horsebarn Road, U-4040 Storrs, CT 06269-4040

    Orders can be picked up on ​November 18th and 19th​ between 11 am and 6 pm in the Ratcliffe Hicks Building Meat Lab just off of Route 195.
