UConn Rescue has seats available in an upcoming American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED class, which is scheduled for Tuesday, October 15th, from 6-9PM. The class will be held in Koons Hall on campus. This class is open to anyone who registers in advance, and is the recommended CPR certification class for those who do not work in healthcare settings but may still need certification as a job requirement, or for general knowledge. This class is for initial certification (never taken a class before) and also for recertification (renewing your certification). The cost per student includes all materials and provides each student with a certification that is valid for two years.
