Powerful Aging exercise class now has openings on Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. in the Administrative Services Building gym, first floor.
Powerful Aging is designed for adults in generally good health. It will improve strength, endurance, mobility, balance, coordination and a sense of well-being.
