A Flu Vaccination Clinic will be held on October 2nd from 9am-2pm, Student Union, Room 304B, on the Storrs campus for employees, their covered dependents, and retirees. You must bring your State of Connecticut medical ID card to the clinic for insurance billing. Western Connecticut Home Care, the contracted vendor, will direct-bill the insurance company.
