Dan Dumbacher, Executive Director of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), will be visiting on Thursday 8/29 in the United Technologies Engineering Building (UTEB) room 175 at 7:30 pm. He will be there to talk with faculty and students on what projects they have been working on and will be open to Q&A as well.
Some notable achievements of Dan include teaching as a Professor of Engineering Practice in the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Purdue University as well as working at NASA to provide leadership over the Space Launch System (SLS), Orion, and Ground Systems Development and Operations development and integration efforts.
