LEDGE, or Laboratory Experience and Diagnostic Genetics Education, is a series of workshops for middle and high school age students to learn more about clinical, or diagnostic, genetics while networking with top-tier female geneticists in our area. The program is free for students ages 12-18, with workshops in July tailored for those 15-18 years old and workshops in August for those 12-14 years old. Students are welcome to attend as many workshops as they want in the given monthly series, as each week’s topic is different.

-Introduction to Genetics and Polygenic Traits
-Genetic Testing
-Cancer Genetics
-Performance/Exercise Genetics
