Researchers in the Sociology Department are recruiting department administrators and staff to participate in an interview study. The purpose of this research study is to understand the impact of the Graduate Employee Union on the operations of the university and the experiences of university employees.
Participants will be asked to participate in an interview about their experiences of working at UConn. Interviews usually take approximately 30-90 minutes, and we can meet in a location that is convenient and comfortable for you. There are no costs to participate and you will not be paid to be in this study.
You are eligible to participate if you are or were a departmental or program administrator between 2013 and the present.
