Food Truck & Dairy Bar Truck Hours: Monday - Friday from 11:00am – 2:00pm.
Farm Fresh Market will be selling fresh produce from UConn Spring Valley Student Farm, baked goods from UConn Bakery (Not just desserts), and more from 11:30am-1:30pm. Cash, debit, and credit accepted.
In the event of severe or bad weather, the Farm Fresh Market will be moved inside to the USM Food Court.
