It is my pleasure to bring a unique opportunity to the UConn community. Henry Wolf VII, a fifth year Ph.D. candidate, Sr. Data Scientist, and Nvidia DLI university ambassador, and Nicholas Monto, a fifth year Ph.D. candidate and Intel AI student ambassador, are hosting an AI workshop on Friday, April 26th from 9 AM - 3 PM in Arjona 340.
The topics covered will include computer vision and natural language processing using deep learning network architectures. There will be a significant hands-on portion, so coming in with a basic level of Python programming skill would be helpful. Please indicate your intention to attend using this
form.
Most importantly, breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Due note that there will be no Nvidia or Intel representatives at this event. This is not an opportunity to get hired.
