  • Last Day: Donate Gently Used Clothes on Campus

    Today is the last day of the drive!

    Got extra clothes? Closet due for some Spring cleaning? Consider donating gently used clothing to WAIM collection boxes located throughout campus. Windham Area Interfaith Ministry is a non-profit that meets the needs of the local community through a variety of resources and services. Clothing will be donated to the material goods redistribution program. The program allows people in need to pick up things they require in an effort to reduce their budget constraints. WAIM provides items ranging from household goods to professional clothing and seasonal necessities. Your donation will help the organization serve about 7,500 community member per year.

    WAIM is specifically looking for the following items as Spring approaches:

    • Lightweight jackets and hats

    • Rain boots

    • Linens and towels

    • Accessories

    • Sneakers, shoes

    Donation boxes are located in: NextGen RH, Busby RH, and the following Dining Halls: Towers, Buckley, Northwest, McMahon, South

    The WAIM Clothing Drive is run through Community Outreach. All clothing is accepted, but certain items in excess may be forwarded to other local charity organizations.
