Mediterranean Cooking Class in Roy E. Jones Building
UConn Graduate Dietetic students will be hosting a cooking class highlighting the Mediterranean diet. Faculty and staff are welcome to experience the heart healthy benefits of Mediterranean cuisine through their participation in the preparation a of three-course meal. Participants will learn how to cook with healthy fats and increase their fiber intake. The registration cost per person is $15. There is a limited amount of spaces available so register now using the link below. Please wear closed toe rubber sole shoes and remember to bring an apron and your appetite!
