What UConn initiative is most important to you? Fine Arts? Healthcare and research? Maybe scholarships or environmental projects? Whatever your passion, join us for 36 hours in supporting the faculty, staff, students and campus groups that are helping to bring these projects to life!
We’re calling “ALL PAWS IN!” for UConn’s 2nd Annual Giving Day held this week on Wednesday 3/27 and Thursday 3/28!
Use these two days to make a difference during UConn Gives. Dozens of campus and regional events for students, staff and alumni are being hosted across the University to support hundreds of funds and campus initiatives that strengthen UConn Nation. Rally your friends and colleagues to make a real impact during this 36-hour giving marathon filled with social media challenges, fundraising activities, Happy Hours, and of course, signature UConn Gives swag!
First thing’s first: get ready.

Help support UConn Gives by snapping a selfie with your coworkers, showing your UConn pride or telling us a story about your favorite campus initiative. Winning participants will be chosen throughout both days and receive a prize pack filled with UConn swag!
The complete schedule of campus and regional events can be found here. Events offer wide range of activities including delicious food (including Dairy Bar ice cream), student activities, giveaways, performances, and chances to learn about hundreds of unique projects happening right here at UConn.
Finally, the UConn Gives Countdown Happy Hour is completely FREE with registration and will be held at Bear’s BBQ Smokehouse in Hartford! All are welcome to attend for all-you-can-eat BBQ, drink specials, live music from Jason Ingriselli and the Miles North, prizes and special guests! Be sure to register in advance.
