Human Resources is pleased to announce our Supervisory and Customer Service professional development programs for Spring, 2019. These instructor-led programs are available via open enrollment. There is no cost to attend. Each employee must have supervisory approval and attend all three sessions of each program.
- Supervisor Essentials Program (SEP): Communications Track (for mid-level supervisors and managers)
- Supervisor Essentials Program (SEP): Performance Management Track (for mid-level supervisors and managers)
- Interaction and Leadership Program (ILP) (for individual contributors)
- Platinum Husky Service (PHS): Customer Service (for all employees)
