Human Resources is pleased to offer for Spring, 2019 the Supervisory Essentials Program (SEP)-Communication Track. There is no cost to attend, and it will take place in the Student Union, Storrs, room 104. Each employee must have supervisory approval and attend all three sessions.
This track focuses on skill development for effective communication, including your individual DiSC assessment as well as the ability to apply a coaching model to address workplace conflict:
- Supervisor Essentials and Discovering Your Management Style (DiSC); Thursday, January 31, 8:30am-4:00pm
- On-the-Level Communication, Thursday, February 14, 8:30am-Noon
- Coaching Through Conflict, Thursday, February 28, 8am-4:00pm
