As apart of the Management Department and CT Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation research seminar series, we will be hosting Dr. Sharon Belenzon from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. This seminar will begin Friday, October 19th in the Boardroom, 10:30a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Watch Dr. Belenzon as he presents his paper, “Towards a Legal Theory of the Firm: The Effects of Enterprise Liability on Asset Partitioning, Decentralization and Corporate Growth”.
